Refreshing
It will play all recordings ordered by last played date ascending. In other words if you have a lot of recordings you will have a chance to hear recording that were not played for a long time, hence refreshing.
And with shuffle ON all recordings will be shuffled giving priority to the ones that were not recently played.
When listening Refreshing you won't hear the same recording again until you play all your recordings.
